You may be aware that practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will be responsible for co-ordinating all the services we provide through our contract.
We have allocated a GP to every patient in the practice (including children) who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our practice provides for you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice, as your currently do.
